    If you are unhappy in any way with the product you have received from Outdoor-Headquarters.com, you may return these items for a refund or exchange, if returned within 90 days of receipt of merchandise as long as they are new, with all boxes, packing material, tags and packaging included and in new condition, we will even pay for you to ship the item back to us. From time to time, we run promotions where we include free items with purchase. Unless specifically stated on the page where free items are promoted, all free items must be returned in new, saleable condition.

  To return or exchange your purchase, you must first obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service department. If you have read the instructions below, Click here to request a Return Authorization and state the reason for your request. To expedite your request, please include your order number and the date order was placed. If you would like an exchange please state the item your would like to receive. If you need a larger or smaller size, please state the size. Simply stating that you want a larger or smaller size will only slow the process down/ We need to know the size you think you need.

Exchanges/Refunds

   If you would like an exchange/refund within 90 days, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and pay for your return shipping and pay for the replacement item to be shipped to you provided the following conditions are met:

  1. If you are exchanging your product or provide us with the order number where you have re-ordered from us.
  2. If you want a refund we will refund 100% of the cost of the products. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.
  3. This is limited to one prepaid label  per customer every 30 days. For addition returns within the 30 day period, customer must pay return shipping.
  4. You must ship from the continental United States. We can not pay return shipping from Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO. For Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses, we will send you a label preaddressed to our return center and you will be responsible for USPS postage.
  5. You have provided us with a valid email address when you place your order. Prepaid return labels can only be sent via E-mail. If you cannot get email, we will send you a label pre-addressed to our return center and you will be responsible for USPS postage.
  6. The box must be protected for return shipping. (DO NOT apply shipping label or tape directly to the boot box. Please put the boot box in an outside box or wrap with some type shipping paper. If the box is damaged in any way, there will be a $10 repackaging charge deducted from your refund. If you do not return the box at all, a refund will not be issued.
  7. If boots are shipped to any other address other than the address on the return shipping label we send you, there will be a 50% reshipping charge deducted from your refund.
  8. Returns using our label take 5-10 days to arrive in our processing center and take up to an additional 7 days to process, depending on the day they arrive.

  To return or exchange your purchase, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number from our customer service department by calling 1-866-571-9343, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, or you may Click here to request a Return Authorization Number and state the reason for your request. To expedite your request, please include your order number and the date order was placed.

   We will send you a shipping label return shipping and you must pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.

   If you would like a refund, we will give you a 100% refund of your purchase price with no restocking charges or we will ship you your desired exchange at no cost to you (Other than the difference of item retail price if you choose to exchange for a different item). For us to do this, please understand and follow these terms:

  1. You have followed the shipping instructions included in your return email.
  2. The item is in new, resalable condition. Boots must not have been worn outside and must be free of scuffs, scratches, dirt and sand.
  3. The box must be protected for return shipping. (DO NOT apply shipping label or tape directly to the boot box. Please put the boot box in an outside box or wrap with some type shipping paper. If the box is damaged in any way, there will be a $10 repackaging charge deducted from your refund.
  4. If boots are shipped to any address other than the address on the shipping label we send you, there will be a 50% reshipping charge deducted from your refund.

 

Cancellations:
  
If you have to cancel your order, we will make every effort to do so. However if your order is already picked, packed and processed, many times it is impossible to stop it. In this case, a cancellation will be handled as a return.

Defects:
All warranties are based on the manufacturers' warranty. Please see our warranties page for a partial listing of manufactures' warranties. In all cases the warranty term begins on the date of the original purchase. All defects , after inspection, will be exchanged at no charge for an identical product. If a model has been discontinued, it will be exchanged for a comparable product in the manufacturer's product line.

   If your shipment of any of our products arrives damaged, please immediately call 1-866-571-9343, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Or, you may e-mail us. Upon our receipt of your goods, if we determine they were damaged in shipping or shipped defective, new goods will be sent to you as replacements for your order. If you return goods to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization number through Outdoor Headquarters Customer Service it will be refused by our Receiving Department. 
   With all returns, Return Authorization number must be clearly marked out the outside of your package. Please also include this information inside your package.
